Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply when you use the LyricNook browser extension and website ("LyricNook"), run by Xexex Enterprises LLC. By using LyricNook you agree to them.
What LyricNook is
LyricNook helps you turn songs you've made (for example with Suno) into music videos with lyric captions and visuals. Most of the work happens in your browser. Some features — Auto-sync, cloud rendering and billing — use our servers.
Your content and your rights
You keep ownership of your songs, lyrics, artwork and videos. You give us only the permission needed to process what you send us (for example, to run Auto-sync or a cloud render) and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to use the music, lyrics and images you put into LyricNook, including any rights and licenses that apply to music you made with Suno or any other service, and for following the rules of the platforms where you publish. We don't check your rights and don't claim any.
Not affiliated with Suno
LyricNook is independent. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Suno, Inc. It does not copy audio from Suno; you provide your own audio file.
Accounts
You need an account for paid features. Keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to enter a contract or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
Plans, credits and limits
Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Features marked "beta" or "coming soon" are not promises. Cloud renders use credits. Auto-sync and similar features have daily limits that depend on your plan. We may change limits and features, and we will give notice of price changes before they apply to you.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use LyricNook to break the law, infringe someone's rights, create harmful or deceptive content, attack or overload our servers, resell access, or get around limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services and platforms
LyricNook works with services we don't control, including Suno, Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI and the video platforms you publish to. They can change or stop working with us, and their terms apply to your use of them. Direct posting to platforms is not available yet.
Availability and changes
LyricNook is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working but can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that Auto-sync timings will be perfect. We may change or end features.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using LyricNook any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership and liability) will.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell account holders. Continuing to use LyricNook after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
