LyricNook

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

LyricNook ("we", "us") is run by Xexex Enterprises LLC. This page explains what the LyricNook browser extension and website do with your information. We keep it short because we collect very little.

The short version

What the extension reads

On suno.com, when you click the LyricNook button, the extension reads the title, artist name, cover image and lyrics of the song you're viewing, and opens them in LyricNook Studio on your computer. It does not read your Suno account, password or other pages, and it does not copy Suno's audio — you choose your own audio file.

What stays on your computer

Your audio file, cover art, lyrics, style choices, branding, profile, social handles, release details and tour progress are stored in your browser's local storage. Finished videos are created on your computer. Export, save and download happen locally. This information is not sent to us.

What we collect if you create an account

Audio you send us

Auto-sync. The audio file is uploaded to our server and sent to OpenAI's speech-recognition service to find when each lyric line is sung. We keep the audio only while the job runs and delete it when the job finishes (any leftover is swept within 30 minutes). We keep the resulting word timings only long enough for your browser to collect them. OpenAI processes the audio under its own API terms and privacy policy. If we turn on the optional vocal-separation feature, the audio is also processed by Replicate; it is off by default.

Cloud rendering. The audio and cover image you upload are used to render your video and are deleted when the render finishes. The finished video file is kept for up to one hour so you can download it, then deleted.

Who we share information with

Only the services that do the work, under their own privacy terms: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (speech recognition), Replicate (optional vocal separation) and Render (our hosting). Our website also loads one script from the jsDelivr content network for sign-in. We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. The website stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in. Your hosting provider and Stripe may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and fraud prevention.

How long we keep things

Account information is kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account at support@lyricnook.com and we will delete your profile and cancel your subscription; Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires. You can erase everything stored on your computer from Settings → Privacy in the extension, or by removing the extension.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK or California) you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

LyricNook is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Not affiliated with Suno

LyricNook is an independent product. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Suno, Inc. "Suno" belongs to its owner.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell account holders by email.
